Holidays

We provide 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) per year. Colleagues receive an additional 1 day per year after 3 years’ service (capped at 30 days).

Flexible Working

We fully consider flexible working options and try to accommodate these for all our people, no matter your length of employment.

Family and Community

We offer enhanced paid maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave. We provide 2 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Days per year.

Remote Working

We provide a variety of remote working options depending on the location and type of role, with all our people working from home for part of the working week.

Health and Wellbeing

We provide a range of health & wellbeing support for colleagues:

Pension and Life Assurance

We provide a competitive contributory pension scheme & generous life assurance:

  • Automatic enrolment of all colleagues into our Pension Scheme. 
  • We offer employer contributions of 8% and statutory employee contributions of 1%. 
  • We offer a matching scheme for AVCs of 50%, capped at 2%. 
  • Life assurance of 4x salary (or 8x salary if you have dependants).

Recognition

We have a peer-to-peer recognition tool, with monthly and quarterly awards. Colleagues have access to a tailored employee rewards platform.
